1. Soil Preparation: Stone and Rock Management
   
   
   
   When stones and rocks limit the agricultural potential of the land, we introduce proven techniques to clear the land. Kivi Pekkar builds world famous systems to collect rocks and stones up to 7m working width. We are actively seeking to integrate these machines into our partner regions.
   
   We also use the rock and stone material to form smart dams and walls aside of the fields to enhance protection from wind and water erosion.
   
   
   
2. Soil Cultivation
   
   4 Disc GmbH found a great technical solution to minimize the working depth in top soil cultivation.The systems use rotating steel discs to cut soil layers of 1-3 cm from 3.0 m to 6.2 m wide.
   
   
   
   Each disc is driven by a hydraulic motor to receive precise cuts with long maintenance intervals evenon sandy soils.
   It is possible to cut weeds, with minimal to no impact on pores and capillary activity to protect soilstructure and moisture content.
   
   
   
3. Compost Tea Production
   
   Microbiological diversity and activity is essential for a healthy agricultural ecosystem and productivity. We select technologies that facilitate microbiological regeneration of the soils.

   The micro organisms (MO) are extracted from natural organic compost (premixed) and then augmented to a spectacular MO count of up to 1,0×10⁹ per ml, with bacteria like bacillus subtilis, cellulosimicrobia, streptomyces and fungi such as actinomycetes. The liquid living compost improves soil metabolism and is most suitable in combination with cover crops and organic matter amandments for immediate microbiological treatment of soils in degradation situations.

4. Bioenergy & Fertilizers
   
   We equip Partnerregions and clients with efficient biogas technology, to make sure all sources of organic waste and organic substrates will be efficiently converted into bioenergy and precious fertilizer products.
   Bert GmbH specializes on wet anaerobic small scale Biogas Plants starting from 100kg – 3000kg substrate per day and in modular construction up to 18.000kg/day.
   All kinds of slurries, food wastes or manure can be processed in these reactors.
   
   
   
   
   
   Poettinger Entsorgungstechnik GmbH is specialized in dry fermentation technology for processing dry or lignified substrates. Digesters start from 150kg/day up to 15.000kg/day in modular construction.
